Santanu Sarkar, aged 60 years, is the Promoter and Managing Director of our company. He has been associated with our Company since inception. He holds degree of chemical engineering from NIT, Raipur. He has more than 20 years of experience in the field of chemical industry. He is founder of our company and he spearheaded the Product development and implementing the strategy for business development and under his guidance and mentorship our company committed to growth in the market.
Vedant Sarkar, aged 25 years, is the promoter of our company and is designated as Whole Time Director. He has been joined company on August 202. He held bachelor’s in art. He oversee administrations and human resources in the organization.
Preety Priya Ghosh, aged 43 years, is aNon-Executive Independent Director of our company. She has been associated with our company since February 2024. She has passed the examination for Bachelor of Science (Computer) from Bhagalpur University. Prior joining our company she was associated with Amserve Hospitality Services Private Limited as a Director. She has been appointed as an Independent Director on the Board of PrizorViztech Limited since April 2024.
Mr. Gaurav Mittal, aged 36 years, is aNon-Executive Independent Director of our companyHe is a Chartered Accountant, having qualified in year 2012. He has previously worked at M/s. Wonder Cement Limited, and currently associated with M/s. Ambuja Cements Limited.
Mr. Kaushikkumar Vasantbhai Darji, aged 36 years, is a Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He has completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Gujarat University in the year 2009.He is working as a finance and taxation consultant through his sole proprietorship firm, M/s. Gopal Enterprise
